- We are asking that each Band upload their Stage Plot by July 8th
- 50 Comp Passes Per Band for Each Day will be mailed to them by the weekend
- package will include 2 Parking Passes Per Band to park back stage
- Parking behind the Stage comes at a Premium and we ask they respect the situation.
- Download the Map of the Grounds above - Those 2 cars or less will go down the access road to the left
- Additional cars can park in general parking
- Please arrive no less than 45 minutes prior to your scheduled performance
- if you have equipment to be unloaded i suggest you arrive earlier
- Check in with the stage manager / Sound crew upon your arrival
- Yes, you may bring your own cymbals (we suggest it)
- All Mics, Stands and cables are provided.
- Yes, There will be power on stage
- if room permits there will be a drum riser
- There are no Ear Monitors provided
- There is not time for and No you can not have a sound check.
- Do not try and contact Production 48 hrs prior to performance, you will not receive a response
